Every other week you can come get your hands in the earth tending to the garden at Kith. Together with the community, laying the foundations for the growing season ahead of us. Throughout the winter we’ll be getting the ground ready for planting in early spring. Throughout the growing months we’ll be fighting off the weeds and tending to the growing crops.
We’ll learn from each other and together create a beautiful growing space.
Whilst Kith does have trowels, spades, forks, equipment etc, if you’d rather use your own please feel free to bring them.
Bring a hot flask of tea, wellies, waterproof trousers/jacket, layers and a snack for the way home.
Numbers will be limited so please do book in ahead of time. I can let you know what’s on the agenda and what to expect before you arrive. Use the booking form below to book in. Click on the date you’d like to join us and follow the steps from there.
There’s no charge for the community garden hours Throughout the growing season, as part of the community, you’ll be able to take a share of the harvests as and when they’re ready.
This is for adults and keen older children 12+ accompanied by an adult.
If you’d like your younger children to learn more about the growing garden, please consider coming along to one of the regular parent and child classes which run throughout the week.
