Volunteering at the Homestead
Kith Homestead thrives on community, connection, and the hands that help care for the land. Our volunteer mornings are a chance to immerse yourself in the rhythms of the homestead, learning and practicing the skills that keep this space flourishing.
What You'll Be Doing
Volunteers take part in a variety of hands-on activities, including:
Gardening and tending to the land
Preparing for groups and gatherings
Land management and seasonal tasks
Wildlife observation and habitat care
Each week offers a mix of tasks based on the season and the needs of the homestead. Whether you're experienced or just keen to learn, there’s always something to contribute.
Volunteering at Kith runs on Friday mornings throughout the growing season and is open to adults. Spaces are limited, so booking is essential, this helps us manage who’s on-site, sort parking, and (most importantly) know what treats to bring each week!

Respect the space – Kith is a community of kindness and care. We ask all volunteers to be mindful of language, actions, and interactions with others while here.
