This November, come join us for our special after dark classes.
Now in our 4th year of running, these evenings at Kith are one of the highlights of the calendar. Come join us for a gentle evening to explore the night.

We’ll meet in the car park at dusk just as the sun is setting. Letting our eyes get accustomed to the dimming light we’ll follow the leader through into the woodland where we’ll gather and settle, making our welcomes together. You’ll be free to explore and play by torchlight around the place we all know and love in the daytime. The yurt will be available with cosy light, books and some simple curiosities for those who need a little moment to breathe. We’ll finish around our campfire with hot chocolate, stories or songs depending on the group before we say our goodbyes in the dark.

We’ll look out for the stars, the moon, night time animals (though we’re usually a little too loud for them to come out and play) create, connect and explore.

As with all events at Kith, this is weather dependent.
Limited spaces available. Suitable for families.
Please bring layers, waterproofs, wellies, and spare clothes for the evening ride home (PJ's are a good idea for a quick bundle into bed)
Bring a mug for everyone in your family to enjoy a hot chocolate.

Younger children are welcome, please bring a sling/backpack carrier. Walking on uneven ground at dusk is a big sensory skill for our little ones so they might get tired quickly (especially around bedtime)

Kith Homestead Workshop Cancellation Policy

At Kith Homestead, the safety and well-being of our families are our top priority. Due to the nature of our outdoor workshops, we may occasionally need to cancel a session in the event of extreme weather conditions (e.g., severe storms, heavy rain, high winds, or extreme heat).

• Cancellation by Kith Homestead: In the event of extreme weather, we will notify participants by 8:00 am on the day of the workshop, or in certain circumstances, the day before. If a session is cancelled, we will offer options to rearrange for a future date or apply the session toward another event.

• Cancellation by Participants: If a family chooses to cancel their attendance, please note that no refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your spot to another family or friend for that session, provided we are notified in advance.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all!
