Nurturing your self-compassion – time for you.
A two-hour taster session to allow you time to rest and feel grounded in the space at Kith, whilst developing skills to nurture your own self-compassion. The session includes exploration of key skills within Compassion Focused Therapy, designed to activate our soothing system, weaved in with the wonderful abundant nature around us. You should come away from the session feeling relaxed and grounded. Giving you ideas and skills to allow you to continue to grow kindness and compassion for yourself in your daily life.
The session will be led by Helen O’Connor, a chartered psychologist who has experience in delivering Compassion Focused Therapy in secure settings. She is a keen walker and wild swimmer with a love of nature. Helen will be weaving her two passions together to create a nature-based compassion focused offering within the wonderful surroundings of Kith Homestead.
Refreshments provided.
Please bring a yoga mat/blanket to use in an outdoor space.
